Our Process

From vision to install — we’re with you every step of the way (with fabric samples in one hand and a coffee in the other). We know window coverings are more than just a finishing touch — they shape how a space feels, functions, and flows. That’s why we make the process personal, intentional, and (dare we say)... kind of fun.

  • Every project starts with a conversation. We’ll chat about what you’re hoping to achieve whether it’s privacy, light control, motorization, energy efficiency, or a little bit of everything. Whatever your wishlist, we’ll start there (bonus points if you send inspo photos).

  • We come to you - tape measure, sample books, sample shades, and vision in hand. We’ll assess lighting, talk through your style and budget, and take note of the details that matter most to you. It’s like a little design date, minus the pressure.

  • This is where things get exciting. We’ll present you with curated options that check all the boxes: practical, beautiful, and tailored to your space. We break it down in real terms so you feel confident and excited about what’s going up in your windows and on your walls.

  • Once you’ve made your selections, we place your order and get the wheels turning behind the scenes. We’re a small (but mighty!) team, so while you might not get constant updates, know that we’re on it - carefully managing every detail and reaching out if anything needs your attention.

  • Once your order arrives, we’ll schedule installation with our trusted crew - which often means Shala and Brandon themselves (yes, we consider it a date day). We handle everything with care, precision, and maybe even a little happy dance once it’s all up.

  • We’ll walk through the finished product with you, make any final adjustments, and make sure you’re 100% in love with your new view. And if something feels off later? Just give us a shout - we’re not going anywhere!
